A restorative wellness retreat focused on rest, sleep and stress relief.

 

The SAOL Balance Retreat is designed for guests who feel overwhelmed, mentally fatigued or disconnected from rest. This program focuses on calming the nervous system, improving sleep quality and restoring physical and mental energy.

 

Through a carefully curated combination of relaxation therapies, gentle movement and mindful practices, guests are guided into a slower, more grounded rhythm — creating space for recovery and balance.

3-day or 5-day retreat

While you can customize your stay to be as short or long as you like, our curated excursions and signature workshops take place on specific set dates.

We recommend a 3-day stay to fully immerse in the SAOL journey, though Day Passes are available for those seeking a targeted reset.

2. Select your accommodation

We provide an exclusive setting with only 14 SAOL bookings at a time in our lovely Love Ocean View Rooms with panoramic views and comfortable accommodation.

 

Each room comfortably accommodates 2 people but can be single occupancy. The retreat program rate will be per person.

3. Choose your Retreat program

Each of our SAOL programs is priced on a daily basis, offering the flexibility to design a retreat that suits your personal schedule and wellness goals.
